Stephanie Bright

Stephanie A. Bright, 51, of Braintree, passed away on July 20, 2023. Stephanie was born in Boston. She was raised and educated in Weymouth. She graduated from Weymouth South High School in 1993. After high school, Stephanie attended Road to Responsibility in Hingham until 2018.

Stephanie was part of the ARC of the South Shore community for the last five years. Stephanie loved music, dancing, and she was known for her many infamous one liners.

Stephanie is the loving daughter of Darrell Bright (Bell) and the late Timothy Bright. She is also survived by her siblings, Darrell Bright-Parrish and her husband Mark Parrish, of Weymouth, Timothy Bright, of Weymouth, and Julie Leonard and her husband Michael Leonard, of Weymouth. Stephanie was also loved by her many nieces, nephews and her great niece.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation for Stephanie on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 4-8pm in the C.C. Shepherd Funeral Home, located at 134 Pleasant St. Weymouth. Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home on Wednesday morning at 11am prior to the funeral mass which will be held at Immaculate Conception Church located at 720 Broad St. Weymouth at 12pm. Burial will be in Village Cemetery, Weymouth immediately following.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Stephanie to the ARC of the South Shore using the link provided on this page.
