Scott Collins

Scott Collins, age 39, of Rockland, passed away on July, 17, 2024. Scott was born in Weymouth, raised and educated in Weymouth and Quincy. He attended the Quincy Vocational High School and graduated in 2002.  He worked for many years at the Lobster Pound in Hingham and then went on to be a manger at McDonald's Restaurants. 

Scott enjoyed hanging with his friends and gaming. Most of all Scott loved being an uncle to his beloved niece and nephews.

Scott is predeceased by his father, Albert Collins. He is survived by his loving mother, Grace Collins(Dearden), his siblings, Ryan Collins, of Rockland and Matthew Collins and his wife Lori, of Brockton. Scott was loved by his nephews and niece, Shane, Violet and Sammy. He will also be missed by his grandmother, Helen Dearden and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation for Scott, on Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 2-4pm, in the CC Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St.( Columban Sq.) South Weymouth. A funeral service will follow immediately after the visiting hours at 4pm, in the funeral home.
