Sandra Lee Conoscienti

Sandra Lee Conoscienti, age 64, of Quincy, passed away on September 29, 2024. Sandra was born in Boston, raised and educated in Dorchester, graduating from Dorchester High School in 1977. Sandra married the love of her life, Thomas Louis Conoscienti on March 26, 1979. Thomas proudly served in the United States Military and the two traveled with the Marine Corps for much of their thirty year marriage.

Sandra was a compassionate woman and loved caring for others, especially the elderly. She worked as a CNA for much of her life. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed listening to music and travelling. 

Sandra is predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas  Louis Conoscienti. She is survived by her loving children, Sandra Conoscienti of Quincy and Thomas Conoscienti Jr. of East Bridgewater. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Isiah Conoscienti, Bryan Suttie, Brendan Jenkens and Layla Jenkens. Sandra was also loved by her siblings Edward McLoud, Robert McLoud, Daniel McLoud, John McLoud, Michael McLoud, Edith Bevins, Gail Hawker, Susan D’Agostino and Theresa Norton. She is predeceased by her brother, William McLoud. She is loved by her in laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation for Sandra on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 4-8pm, in the CC Shepherd Funeral Home, located at 134 Pleasant St (Columbian Sq.) South Weymouth. Relatives and friends will gather the following morning in the funeral home for a Celebration of Life for Sandra at 9am, prior to the Mass at Saint Francis Xavier Church in Weymouth. Burial will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. After you can join the family at the reception held at The Weathervane Golf Club located at 117 Clubhouse Drive Weymouth, MA 02190. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Marine Toys for Tots and to the Wounded Warrior Project. Cards can be sent to her son, Thomas L. Conoscienti along with your condolences.
