Sandra Jean Collins

Sandra Jean Collins, age 74, of Weymouth, passed away, surrounded by her family, on March 4, 2024. Sandra was born, raised and educated in Weymouth. She graduated from Weymouth High School in 1967 and began working at the telephone company. She married Richard F Collins in 1969 and the two settled in Weymouth, where they raised their family.

Sandra loved movies, especially the Hallmark Channel Christmas movies. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and crossword puzzles. She adored the beach and the ocean, especially Hingham Harbor. Sandra was an active member of the Church of the Nazarene and loved attending their Women's Bible Study.

Sandra is survived by her children, Randy Collins, of Weymouth and Tim Collins and his partner Judith Anzivino, of Weymouth. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Keirra and Brannon. Sandra will be missed by her siblings, Peggy MacCallum, Nancy MacCallum, and James MacCallum and his wife Lisa. She will also be missed by her nephews Doug and his wife Jen MacCallum and Nick MacCallum, brother in laws Steven Collins and Bruce Collins, and many nieces and nephews on the Collins side of the family.

Celebration of life for Sandra to be scheduled at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association and to the Church of the Nazarene.
