Ralph C. Tagliamonte of Weymouth passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 74. Ralph was raised and educated in Woburn and graduated with the Woburn High School Class of 1966. After graduation Ralph went to college and received an associate's degree. Once out of college he went straight to work and worked diligently as a warehouse manager for various local companies until his retirement only a few short years ago. Ralph met the love of his life, Cheryl and the two wed in 2003 and spent the rest of their time together living at their home in Weymouth.
Ralph was a wonderful and kind man and truest of friends. His passion was spending the holidays cooking for those he loved. He enjoyed spending time at his cape house and taking long drives. He also loved riding on his motorcycles and arranging pyrotechnic displays, however he would drop all of that immediately if someone needed his help. His purpose in life was to help others. This was never more on display than when he was spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren. He was a member of the Weymouth Elks and had countless friends that could always rely on him. He was truly a gift to everyone who was lucky enough to know him.
Ralph was the beloved husband of Cheryl Tagliamonte (Molisse). The devoted father of Paul Tagliamonte and his wife Julie of Burlington MA. He was the cherished grandfather of Christian David Tagliamonte and Nathan William Tagliamonte. Ralph also leaves behind his sister Margaret Ardito of Tewksbury, her late husband Frank and their children Erika and Michael.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation for Ralph on Wednesday November 9, 2022, from 4-8pm in the CC Shepherd Funeral Home (134 Pleasant St. Weymouth, Columbian Sq.). A celebration of life will take place in the funeral home the morning of Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 9AM prior to a funeral mass at the St. Albert the Great Church at 10AM. Burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ralph's memory to the South Shore VNA or to the American Kidney Association.
