Patrick K Angland Sr

Patrick K. Angland Sr. (known as Paddy, and Kevin), aged 77, passed away on June 15, 2023.

Patrick was born, raised, and educated in County Cork, Ireland, spending his time helping on the family farm. Patrick voyaged on his own to the United States in 1963, his first job was as a handyman in Jamaica Plain. Patrick got into painting, carpentry, construction, becoming a jack-of-all-trades. Eventually, Patrick starting his own company - Angland Flooring. He married his beloved wife Renee in 1978, settling in Dorchester where they raised their loving family.

Patrick was a family man and enjoyed spending as much time with his grandchildren as possible. When he wasn't working, or spending time with his family, he enjoyed watching the horses in the company of friends at Suffolk Downs, or taking a stroll at his favorite place: Pope John Paul II Park.

Patrick is survived by his beloved wife Renee (Evatte). He is also survived by his children, Patrick Angland Jr and his wife Rebecca, of Weymouth, and Andrea Rego and her husband Eric, of Tewksbury. Patrick was also loved by his grandchildren, Owen, Desmond, and Nora. He will be missed by his siblings, Michael Angland, Noreen McCarthy, and Jack Angland, and their families. He was predeceased by his brother Christy Angland.
