Michael Arthur O'Shea II

Michael Arthur O'Shea II, age 43, of Weymouth, passed away on February 4, 2024. Michael was born in Boston, raised and educated in Boston and Weymouth. After high school Michael worked with his father as a sheet metal worker for many years, until becoming a Teamster for the Local 25, Independent Pipe & Supply (Canton) ten years ago while working for Stoneridge Mutual Properties for the past 16 years. Michael met the love of his life, Lindsay Larkin seventeen years ago, and the two resided in Weymouth where they were raising their two boys.

Michael loved his family. He looked forward to their family camping trips and adventures to water parks. He was a Boston sports fanatic, especially when it came to the Bruin's and the Patriots. He enjoyed relaxing occasionally with a cigar and spending time with his friends and family. 

Michael is predeceased by his father, Michael Arthur O'Shea Sr., his paternal grandfather, Gerald O'Shea Sr, his maternal grandfather, Edmund J. O'Brien, his maternal grandmother, Nancy G. O'Brien-Rouse and her husband, James Rouse. He is survived by his beloved fiancé, Lindsay Larkin, and his sons, Evan O'Shea and Liam O'Shea, of Weymouth. He is also survived by his loving mother, Karen O'Brien and her partner, Adrian Doolin, of South Boston, his brother, Kevin O'Brien and his partner Kerry Grasso, of Cape Cod. Michael was also love by his grandmother, Marilyn O'Shea, of Weymouth. Michael will be missed by many extended family members and friends, especially his best friend John Hill and his cousins Erin Capelotti and Philip Cristoferi, who were like siblings to him growing up.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation for Michael on Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 10- 2pm, at the CC Shepherd Funeral Home, located at 134 Pleasant St (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life at the Weymouth Eagles 1338 Washington St, Weymouth MA 02189.
