Kathleen Peebles-Doiron

Kathleen M. Peebles-Doiron, age 67, of Carver passed away with loving family by her side on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Kathy was raised and educated in Weymouth. She started a family in Rockland then moved to Hanson where they stayed for 23 years and created so many fond memories in the home that Kathy made so special for them.

Kathy is a proud member of AA, and just received her 34 year medallion. She was truly a staple at meetings, sponsored many over the years, and made countless close friends in the program. Kathy was a person who enjoyed the simple joys in life and had the ability to turn the little moments into special occasions. Throughout her lifetime she enjoyed spending summers at camp with her family, and never missed an opportunity to hit an arcade or go shopping with a friend. Kathy enjoyed her time in South Meadow since 2014 where she connected with so many close friends whom she loved to attend game nights with and spend summer days by the pool.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents Neil J. and Barbara A. (Blair) Gibbons. She is survived by her loving children Michael Peebles and his spouse Julie Starr of Las Vegas, Jennifer St. Amand and her spouse James of Stoughton, Kaitlyn Doiron of Rochester, and Jaimee Doiron of Braintree; her cherished grandchildren Molly, Max, and Brooke; and her devoted siblings Beth Herrick, Donna Gibbons, Chris Henrikson, Barbara DeCarli, and Neil P. Gibbons. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Kathy on Friday, November 25, 2022 from 4-7pm. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home immediately following the visitation at 7pm.
