Gloria Ann Higgins

Gloria Ann Higgins (LeGrice), age 93, passed away on January 27, 2024. Gloria was born, raised and educated in Boston. She married the love of her life, James in 1947 and the two settled in Braintree to raise their family. They eventually moved to Weymouth in 1988 where they stayed for the rest of their lives. Gloria loved to read. She was and excellent baker and made fantastic chocolate chip cookies and fudge. 

Gloria is predeceased by her husband, James Higgins. She is survived by her children, Wayne Higgins and his wife Wanda, of North Carolina, David Higgins and his wife Susan, of Plymouth, and Lori-Ann Wyman and her husband Richard, of Abington. She is predeceased by her sons James Higgins and George Higgins. Gloria was also grandmother to thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was loved by her sister Sharon Ellis, and predeceased by her siblings George LeGrice, Avis Zazecki and Edna Gilligan.
