Cynthia Cella

Cynthia Cella, age 74, of Braintree, passed away on May 21, 2024. Cindy was born and raised in Boston. She attended the Chandler School for Women after high school.  She worked for a time out of her home but felt called to help her mother care for maternal grandparents. She eventually ended up caring for both of her parents when they needed her. Cindy was a devout Catholic and adored reading the Bible and attending Bible study.

Cindy is predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Mary(DaRocha) Cella. She is survived by her loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She leaves behind a brother, Anthony Cella.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Cindy on Friday, May 31, 2024, from 9-9:30am, in the CC Shepherd Funeral Home, located at 134 Pleasant St (Columbian Sq.) South Weymouth. A funeral Mass will follow at the Saint Francis Xavier Parish, located at 234 Pleasant St. South Weymouth. Burial will be at Saint Francis Xavier Cemetery, in Weymouth.
