Craig Francis DeNicola

Craig Francis DeNicola, age 61, of Hull passed away suddenly on October 9, 2024 doing what he loved - bow hunting. Craig was raised and educated in Weymouth where he graduated Weymouth South High in 1981. He worked as a self employed carpenter but also worked well with many local contractors in the area. Craig was proud to have built his own log cabin. He customized the plans, making his own model, the company approved and it became their top selling cabin.

Craig was an avid outdoorsmen who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and especially bow hunting. He also enjoyed competitive volleyball, hockey, riding his Harley, and anything to do with friends & family.  Craig has countless memories of trips to Laconia, Enfield, California & Alaska.  He was a proud member of the Nine and Dine Club, the Seagull Club and many others.

Craig was predeceased by his father Francis C. DeNicola Sr., his brother Todd Christopher DeNicola and his favorite uncle Dickie. He is survived by his mother Nancy DeNicola (Nancy Craig), his siblings Lisa M. DeNicola, Mark F. DeNicola and his wife Kathy of Middleboro, Francis T. DeNicola Jr. of Weymouth, John D. DeNicola and his wife Cheryl of Marshfield, and Kristine M. Gavin of Plymouth, his loving girlfriend Christine Hatch of Hull, many cousins, 10 nieces and nephews, 10 great-nieces and nephews, best friends Dennis Gedzuin and David Barry, and many other life long friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Craig on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 4-8 pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. Friends are invited to the funeral home Saturday morning at 9am for a Celebration of Life prior to the Funeral Mass which will take place at St. Albert the Great Church on route 53 (Washington St.) E. Weymouth at 10am. Internment will follow at a later date. Donations may be made to St. Jude's at www.Stjude.org.
