Christopher Paul Delaney

Cristopher Paul Delaney, age 42, of Weymouth, passed away on June 17, 2024. Chris was born, raised and educated in Weymouth, graduating from Weymouth High School in 1999. After high school, Chris worked as a sheet metal worker for some time and then went into stocks, bonds and commodities. 

Chris was also a prolific writer and was working on writing a book. He was also an excellent cook and loved dogs, especially his parents pups, Henry and Sophie. Above all, Chris was thoughtful and caring. He went out of his way to help those in his life, and put others needs before his own. Chris will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Chris is survived by his loving parents, Kenneth and Janet (Lynch) Clifford, of Weymouth. He is also survived by his siblings, Jeffrey Clifford and his fiance, Michelle Bartlett, of Pembroke, Jennifer Duran and her husband, Carlos, of Hanover, Steven Delaney and his wife, Christina, of Hanover, Danielle Beauchesne and her husband, Jay, of Halifax and Melissa Eleey and her husband, Eric, of Hanover. Chris will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service for Chris on Wednesday, June 26, at 11am, at the Holy Nativity Episcopal Church, located at 8 Nevin Rd, South Weymouth.
