Anthony Geloran

Anthony Vincent Geloran, aged 89, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2023. Anthony was born, raised, and educated in Rockland. After high school he worked at various shoe factories, including Stetson Shoe, later he worked for Silver Lake Regional High School as Head Custodian for 25 years. Anthony married his first wife Martha (Nash)in 1954 and the two settled in Halifax where they raised their family. In 1979, Anthony married his second wife, Barbara and the two settled in Pembroke.

Anthony enjoyed woodworking and gardening. He loved motorcycles and in his later years, he was very fond of completing puzzles.

Anthony is predeceased by his beloved wife, Barbara Geloran (Jones), his children Donna Geloran, Linda Lewis, Steven Goodhue, and Kathleen McNamara. He is survived by his loving children, Robert Geloran, of Weymouth, Steven Geloran, of Bridgewater, Lisa Geloran, of Quincy, Jeffrey Geloran, of Bridgewater, William Goodhue, and his wife Laureen, of Allston, Paul Goodhue, and his wife Lori, of Plymouth, Cheryl Slaven and her husband Alan, of Pembroke and Michelle Boyarski, of Wareham. Anthony was also survived by 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
