Grace Carlson

Grace (Merritt) Carlson, age 89, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Monday January 10, 2011. She was the wife of the late Walter Carlson. Grace is survived by her children, Florence Williams of Fall River, Alvin Stoddard of Abington, Carol Bruce of S. Weymouth, Signe Kelcourse of Quincy, Judith Livingstone of Quincy, Richard Carlson of Quincy, Donna Uvanitte of Quincy, Patricia Pardo of Falmouth, Walter Carlson of Mashpee and William Carlson of Bradenton, FL. She also leaves many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and loving nieces and nephews. Grace is predeceased by her daughter Karin Garland. She was born and grew up in South Weymouth before moving to Quincy where she has lived for many years. Grace was a nurse’s aid at the Robin House in Quincy for 15 years.
