Margaret C. Stonehouse

Margaret (Colbert) Stonehouse, age 92, passed away at the South Shore Hospital on Friday, December 31, 2010. Margaret was the wife of the late Frank P. Stonehouse. She is survived by her children, Jean Stonehouse of S. Weymouth, Robert Stonehouse and his wife Jeanne of Dover, NH, Kathleen Cumming and her husband Donald of Plymouth and Margaret Mirabassi of Hingham, her sister Catherine Lozeau of Nashua, NH and 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Margaret is predeceased by her parents, Matthew and Margaret Colbert of Pepperell, her brothers, James, John, Thomas, Matthew and George Colbert and her sisters, Ellen Dennen, Johanna Pillsbury, Mary Chase, Ann Brown and Madlyn Gillespie. Peg was born and grew up in Pepperell and was a long time resident of Weymouth. She was an employee of Electroswitch in Weymouth for more than 25 years, was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Parish of S. Weymouth and Active Day of Hingham. The Funeral will be from the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Wednesday January 5 at 9 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at the St. Francis Xavier Church, 261 Pleasant St. S. Weymouth at 10 A.M. Visiting Hours will be Tuesday 4 to 8 P.M. Interment will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Weymouth.
