Sandra A. Palmer passed away on April 15, 2009 at the age of 63. Sandy was survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Donald R. Palmer, her mother Eleanor (French) Fee and her husband Jay of Dennis port, her brother George Ford and his wife Debbie of Halifax, her sister Anita Molisse and her husband Bill of Middleboro, her step children, Darlene Delgado and her husband Alfredo of Plymouth, Denise Klink and her husband Matt of Dumfries, VA and Donald C. Palmer and his wife Mary of Abington. She was the grandmother of Amanda Pedrego of Bagdad, AR, Muriel Mena of Whitman and Nicole Klink of Dumfries, VA and has 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Sandy is predeceased by her father George Ford and her step-daughter Debra Mena. Sandra was born and grew up in Weymouth and lived in South Yarmouth for 15 years before moving to Carver for the last 5 years. Mrs. Palmer worked for the South Shore Hospital Dietary Department before transferring to the Cardiac Care Department. She later worked for the Housekeeping Department at Jordan Hospital in Plymouth retiring in 2004. Friends and relatives are invited to the Funeral Service at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Monday April 20 at 10 A.M. Visiting Hours are on Sunday from 4 to 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Sandy’s memory to the Jordan Hospital Cancer Center, Attention Philanthropy Department, 275 Sandwich St. Plymouth, MA 02360.
