Barbara M. Murphy

Barbara M. (Garvey) Murphy passed away at her home on November 3, 2008 at the age of 48. Mrs. Murphy was born in Dorchester before moving to South Weymouth 12 years ago. Barbara is survived by her loving husband Kenneth Murphy, her children, William F. Murphy, Ryan A. Murphy and Meghan P. Murphy all of Weymouth, her parents; Robert and Barbara Garvey of Rockland; her brother Robert Garvey and his wife Elizabeth of Weymouth, her sister Donna Stock and her husband Daniel of Quincy, her father and mother in-law, William P. and Pearl F. Murphy of Chatham, her brother in-law, Kevin Murphy and his wife Kathy of Plymouth and her sister in-law Karen Tessicini and her husband Peter of Mashpee. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Murphy was a Computer Operator for Harvard Plymouth Health Care in Boston for 18 years. The Funeral will be from the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Friday, November 7 at 9 A.M. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Ann’s Church, 251 Neponset Ave. Dorchester at 11 A.M.
