Weymouth – Flora “Betty” Balfour passed away in Cleveland, OH on Thursday March 20 at the age of 80. Betty is survived by 3 brothers; N. Wyman Balfour and his wife Shirley of Cleveland, OH, William M. Balfour and his wife Ann of Halifax, Robert A. Balfour and his wife Virginia of Elizabeth, CO and 1 sister, Priscilla Balfour of Napoleon, OH and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister Margaret Lemme. Flora was born in Boston, spent most of her life in Weymouth and lived 10 years in Quincy before moving to Cleveland 4 years ago. She was a clerk at the Quincy Cooperative Bank for 30 years and a past member of the Weymouth United Methodist Church. Friends and relatives are invited to the Funeral on Wednesday March 26 at 11 A.M. at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth and the visiting hours on Tuesday from 4 to 8 P.M. Interment will be in Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
