Louise Rupprecht

Louise E. Rupprecht, or Naughty Nanny, a name that she affectionately embraced and embodied, age 96, of Weymouth passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022 after a long life filled with adventure, stories and tales. Louise was born in Henniker, NH then moved to Quincy where she graduated from High School.

Louise and her former husband, Robert started a family in Braintree where she cultivated many memories over the years. Louise moved to Weymouth to live with her daughter, Cheryl in 1991.

Louise was a hard worker who knew the secret to life was to play even harder than she worked. An avid traveler, Louise most cherished her trips to Europe as well as the beaches of the Caribbean and Aruba.

Louise was predeceased by her former husband Robert A. Rupprecht Sr. and her son Robert A. Rupprecht Jr. She is survived by her loving children Roxanne Reardon of Wareham, Cheryl Barnes of Weymouth, and Robin Richard of Raynham, her grandchildren Shannon, Kerri, Jackie, Jon Alec, Anna, Melissa, Caitlyn, Casey, and Jamie, and her 12 great-grandchildren. Louise is also survived by six siblings and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Louise on Monday, August 29, 2022 from 4-7pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:45am Tuesday for a funeral service that will take place in the funeral home at 10am. Burial will follow at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
