Helen L. Feeney (Otto), age 81, of S. Weymouth passed away Friday, April 22, 2022 at home with loving family by her side. Helen was raised and educated in Roslindale and graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Roxbury in 1958.

Helen married her beloved husband, Jim, in 1962. They started a family in W. Roxbury prior to settling in S. Weymouth where they have resided since. Helen worked at Talbots in Hingham for fifteen years and still has friends from that job to this day.

Helen loved being with her family and travelling with her husband. They were blessed to have gone to Ireland many times among other destinations.

Helen is survived by her husband of 60 years James Feeney of South Weymouth, her children James M. Feeney and his wife Kerri of Hanson, Joseph J. Feeney and his wife Nancy of Weymouth, Christine Smith and her husband Steve of Halifax, and Brian F. Feeney and his wife Kate of Burlington, her grandchildren Nicholas, Jack, Alyssa, Steven, Caroline, Eileen, Erin, Brian, Bridget, and Emily, and her great-grandchildren Sophia and Levi. Helen is also survived by her brother Michael Otto and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Helen on Monday, April 25, 2022 from 4-8pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA 02190. Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9am Tuesday for a Celebration of Life prior to the funeral mass in honor of Helen’s life which will begin at 10am in St. Francis Xavier Church in S. Weymouth. Burial will take place in Lakeview Cemetery, Weymouth.
