Charlotte 'Cindy' Pulsifer

Charlotte “Cindy” Pulsifer (O’Neill), age 64, of Weymouth passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021. Cindy was raised and educated in East Boston where she graduated East Boston High School in 1978. Cindy always saw the best in people and loved helping anyone she could. She had a natural caring demeanor that allowed her to be amazing with children. She also loved animals, holidays with family, poetry, gameshows, but most of all cherished the memories she had camping and travelling with her husband of 25 years, Larry.

Cindy was predeceased by her parents Francis and Mildred “Millie” O’Neill (Herrett). She is the beloved wife of Larry Pulsifer of Weymouth, loving sibling of Debbi O’Neill of Weymouth, Tim O’Neill Sr. of Weymouth, the late Francis “Whitey”, Dennis “Buddy” and Joel O’Neill, niece of Bette Gregg, and cherished aunt of Chrissy, Dana, Timothy Jr., Aldo, Athena, Kevin, and the late Kenny Abbott Jr. Cindy is also survived by many loving friends, cousins, and her lifelong friend Debbie Milito.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Cindy on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 4-7pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visiting hours at 7pm in the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
