Joyce Martino

Joyce C. (Davin) Martino, age 68, of South Weymouth passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Joyce was raised and educated in Weymouth and graduated from Weymouth South High in 1971. In 1974 she married her beloved husband Joseph (Joe) of 47 years and after many years residing in Hanson, they settled in South Weymouth.

Joyce worked for many years as a payroll administrator at Peabody Construction, Sagamore Plumbing and Harold Bros. Mechanical Contractors in Weymouth. In her free time, she loved doing arts and crafts especially making decorative wreaths. She also loved researching her family heritage on Ancestry.

Joyce was the beloved wife of Joseph Martino of Weymouth, loving mother of Joseph Martino Jr. of Nashville, TN, and the late Jessica Martino. Devoted sister to Judith Canty, Janine Davin-Sweeney, Jayne St. Croix, John Davin, the late James Davin III and Jean Davin; devoted aunt to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Joyce on Sunday, October 24, 2021, from 2-6 p.m. in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. The funeral mass will take place Monday at noon in the St. Francis Xavier Church in South Weymouth.
