Dennis Kelley

Dennis D. Kelley, age 82, of Weymouth passed away with his loving family by his side on Saturday, July 31, 2021. Dennis was raised and educated in South Boston. He served in the Army for two years and upon his return from service, started a family in Stoughton.

Dennis managed the sign department for the MBTA for many years until he retired and focused more time on his DJ career. He cultivated so many fun memories DJing weddings, showers, and all types of other functions. Dennis moved to Weymouth in 1971 where he met his beloved wife of 40 years, Nancy. They have lived in Weymouth together ever since. Dennis loved conversing with his friends on HAM radio and fishing.

Dennis is survived by his wife Nancy Kelley (Cassidy) of S. Weymouth, his loving children Gladys Collins of Marlboro, Jo’Ann Kelley of Wareham, Dan Kelley and his wife Katherin of SC, Arlene Chisholm and her husband Jimmy of Stoughton, John Lambiase of Weymouth, Scott Lambiase of Whitman, Deanne Lambiase of Marshfield, and Linda Lambiase of Quincy, and his cherished 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Dennis is also survived by his nieces Betty Anne Cox and Margaret Hackett.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Dennis on Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 9-10:30am. A Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Church in Weymouth Landing at 11:30am following the visitation. Burial will be in Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree.
