Laurie Comeau

Laurie Jean Comeau (Marobella), age 53, of Weymouth passed away after an illness on Thursday, July 23, 2021. Laurie is a lifelong Weymouth resident who is well known for her many years working at The Donut Shop in Jackson Sq., The Venetian Restaurant, and the Weymouth Schools. The only thing that rivaled Laurie’s work ethic, was her charisma that would famously light up a room.

Laurie is the beloving wife of Paul J. Comeau of Weymouth, loving mother of Cameron Comeau of Weymouth, Brandon Comeau of Weymouth, and the late Peter Marobella, cherished daughter of Robert and Sandra Marobella (Mills) of E. Braintree, and the sister of Robbie Marobella, Christine Marobella-Welsh, and Deborah Lang.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Laurie on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 4-8pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home Thursday morning at 9:30am for a Celebration of Life prior to the Funeral Mass at 10:30am the Immaculate Conception Church located at 720 Broad Street, Weymouth, MA. Burial will Immediately follow in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
