Rosemarie D'Allessandro

Rosemarie N. D’Allessandro (Bianco), age 91, of Weymouth passed away Wednesdasy, April 28, 2021. Rosemarie was raised in Clifton NJ and Brooklyn, NY prior to settling in Weymouth where she graduated High School. She married her husband, Almond, in 1950 and they settled in Brockton where they raised their family.

Rosemarie and Almond enjoyed many great years in Florida and Falmouth prior to settling back in Weymouth in 2000 to be closer to family. Rosemarie enjoyed traveling, cooking & reading but her true passion was being a kind and loving mother and grandmother.

Rosemarie was predeceased by her beloved husband of 68 years Almond D’Allessandro. She is the loving mother of Elaine Fineman and her husband Robert of Stoughton, Sandra Thompson and her husband Paul of SC, and the late Peter D’Allessandro, cherished grandmother to Janna, Mollie, Jodi, Nicole, Maxwell, and Kristina, and great-grandmother to Eli, Jackson and Dylan. She is also survived by her brother Charles Bianco and many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the Funeral Mass for Rosemarie on Thursday, May 27, 2021 in the Immaculate Conception Church located at 720 Broad St. Weymouth, MA at 10:30am. Burial will follow in Bourne National Cemetery. A ‘Celebration of Rosa‘ barbecue will follow on Saturday May 29 at the home of Elaine and Bob Fineman.
