Michael Mahoney

Michael Mahoney, age 48, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 7, 2021. Mike was raised and educated in Dorchester. He started a family in Dorchester and Randolph then settled in Weymouth in 2005. Mike was a very talented mechanic and spent most of his life in the profession.

Mike is the son of Margaret Mahoney (Olsen) and the late Edward Mahoney and the father of Michael Mahoney Jr. and his fiancé Marissa of Abington and Amber Irias and is the grandfather of Sebastian. Mike is also the brother of Corinne, Daniel, Shawn, Thomas, Kelly, Nicole, Lori, John, Crystal, Holly, and the late Lisa and Richard. He is also the beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Mike on Friday, January 15, 2021 from 4-7pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. All Covid-19 restrictions including a reduced capacity of guests in the funeral home will be observed. A private funeral service and burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Randolph will take place at a later date.
