Audrey Sulis

Audrey (Pike) Sulis of Duxbury, MA passed away on December 10, 2020 at the age of 96. She was born in St. George Maine in 1924 to Elizabeth (McKay) and Robert Pike. She was the beloved wife of Stanley R. Sulis, Jr. who pre-deceased her in 2017 and with whom she shared nearly 71 years of marriage. She was the mother of Dr. Carol Sulis and her husband Dr. Michael Thane of Hingham, MA, Gretchen Sulis of Falmouth, MA, and Heidi Sulis and her husband Ronald Hallman of Middlebury, VT. She was the cherished grandmother of four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is survived by her sister Heloise Mailloux and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Eula Tower, Ivy Pike, Eleanor Arnoldi, Florence Pike, and Elizabeth Whittier.

She and her family spent many years living in Melrose, MA, Worthington, Ohio, and Lynnfield, MA before she and her husband retired to Falmouth, MA. In 2013, they moved to the Village at Duxbury, a retirement community, surrounded by caring staff and special friends.

A memorial service in honor and remembrance of Audrey’s life will be held by the C.C. Shepherd Funeral Home in Weymouth at a later date.
