Brian Curtin

Brian J. Curtin, age 32, of Weymouth passed away suddenly after a long battle with addiction on Monday, November 18, 2019. Brian was a lifelong Weymouth resident who graduated Weymouth High in 2006. He loved working for Laborers Local 133 for many years. Brian was doing great in the AA program, and during his recent recovery he enjoyed being with his many friends he made there. He also enjoyed fishing and golf but, Most importantly, Brian loved his family and his life partner Julie.

Brian is survived by his girlfriend Julie Vaulding of Weymouth, his mother Michelle Curtin of Arizona, his grandparents Bill and Nancy Curtin of Arizona, and Laurel Curran of Dennisport, his siblings Thomas Curtin-Hiltz and Joseph Hiltz both of Weymouth. Brian is also the nephew of Billy and Nancy Curtin of Arizona, Jamie and Mary Curtin of Abington, and Christine Curran of Dennisport.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Brian on Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 3-5pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30am on Monday for a Celebration of Life prior to the Funeral Mass which will take place at Sacred Heart Parish in Weymouth Landing at 10:30am. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to East Boston Rehab at PO Box 493 East Boston, MA 02128.
