Donald "Ducky" Pickering

Donald F. “Ducky” Pickering Jr., age 36, of Rockland passed away suddenly on Friday July 12, 2019. Donald was born in Quincy then grew up in various towns on the south shore and graduated from Rockland High School. He married his loving wife, Nicole, in 2015 and they settled in Rockland to raise their family. Donald was a hard worker and loved fixing and making things. What Donald truly loved was spending time raising his children.

Donald is survived by his wife Nicole Pickering (Manning) of Rockland, his cherished children Kylee, Ryan, Elizabeth, Donald III, Khloe, Arianna, and Avery Rose Pickering all of Rockland, his parents Linda O’Leary of Middleboro and Donald Pickering Sr. and his wife Debbie of Pembroke, his grandparents Christine Ladabouche of Quincy and the late Glenn Legere, and his siblings Glenn Legere, Brian O’Leary, Colby Joseph, Kaitlyn Pickering, Kimberly Pickering, and Nicole Brant. Donald is also survived by his sister-in-law Katelyn Manning and many loving nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Donald on Friday July 19, 2019 from 4-7pm in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA 02190. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 7pm in the funeral home.
