Edwina Harris

Edwina "Bonnie" M. Harris (Farrell), age 79, of Weymouth and formerly of Braintree passed away with her loving family by her side on October 16, 2018. Bonnie was born in Boston then raised and educated in Quincy.

Bonnie graduated Quincy High class of 1957. She then settled in Braintree where she raised her family. Bonnie worked as a clerk in the Tax Collectors office of the Town of Braintree for many years before retiring in 2009.

Bonnie loved her family and friends and loved going out with them for dinner or movies. She also enjoyed Knitting and cross-stitching which she was very talented at.

Bonnie is the loving mother of Kenneth Harris of San Francisco, CA and the late Edward Harris, cherished sister to Sally Furlong of Weymouth, Grace Liddell of Weymouth, Barbara Garland of Weymouth, and the late William, James, Dennis, and Marc Farrell. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the Funeral Mass in honor of Bonnie's life on Thursday October 25, 2018 at 10am in the St. Albert the Great Parish located at 1130 Washington St. Weymouth, MA 02189. Interment will be at a later date in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Donations in memory of Bonnie may be made to Hospice of the South Shore at 30 Reservoir Park Drive Rockland, MA 02370.
