Norman O. Morse Jr., age 83, of Weymouth passed away on March 24, 2018. Norman was born, raised, and educated in Bath, ME. He left high school early in order to join the Air Force where he served for four years. He returned home to Bath where he met his first wife Gail (Foster). They soon got married and settled in Hingham where Norman and Gail raised a family together. While living in Quincy, Norman was very involved at the Quincy Point Congregational Church. Norman met his second wife, Carole (Johnson) while working at Boston Tram Rail in N. Quincy. They were married in 1990 before settling in Weymouth where they have resided since then. Norman was a talented model train and ship builder and will be remembered for his gentlemen’s heart, and the love and loyalty he had for his family.
Norman is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years Carole Morse (Johnson), his loving children Leigh Stellato and her fiancé Rick Ramponi of Wilbraham, Lori Weseman of Falmouth, Andrew Morse and his wife Lindy Cerar of FL, Barbara Fogal and her significant other Mark Jobin of Quincy, and Sandra Pimental and her husband Daniel of Weymouth, and his grandchildren Jonathan, Ashley, Gregory, Courtney, Tyler, Andrew, Eric, Jackson, Emily, Kelly, and Danny. Norman also leaves his great grandchildren James and Owen.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the Memorial Service in honor of Norman’s life which will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11AM in the First Congregational Church of Braintree located at 12 Elm St. Quincy, MA 02184. Funeral arrangements for Norman are in the care of C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located in Weymouth, MA.
