Ralph D. MacDonald

Ralph D. MacDonald, age 78, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2017. Ralph is survived by his wife of 45 years, Helena (Herders) MacDonald, his children, Maria Langdon and her husband John of Billerica, Darlene MacDonald and her partner, Cathy McDonald of Taunton and Michelle Giovanello and her husband Marcus of Rockland, he also leaves his grandson Jason Augustino and his girlfriend Jennifer Barbieri, his great-granddaughter, Harper Bea Augustino. Ralph is also survived by his sister Barbara Gillespie of Abington, his niece Marylou Allsopp of Abington, along with many other nieces and nephews.
Ralph was born in Quincy and grew up in Abington before moving to Taunton. He was a supervisor and cabinetmaker for Wood-hu Kitchens in West Bridgewater for over 30 years. Ralph served his country in the Marines during the Korean War.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours for Ralph on Friday, October 13 from 3-6 PM in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth. A Funeral Service in honor of Ralph’s life will take place in the funeral home immediately following the visitation at 6 PM.
