PAMELA FITZGERALD CAMPBELL – Pamela FitzGerald Campbell, 43, recent resident of Bar Harbor, ME, and longtime resident of South Weymouth, MA, passed away suddenly on September 3rd, 2017. She was born January 7, 1974 in Weymouth to the late Russell W. and Phyllis A. FitzGerald. She was the beloved wife of Fred E. Campbell and the devoted mother to Keira Cogan Campbell, 5. She was the loving daughter-in-law of Anne Campbell of Brookline.
Pam graduated from Weymouth South High School, class of 1992 and went on to Simmons College, where she graduated in 1996. Pam had been working for Simmons for the past 10 years in Alumni communications where she kept her fellow Simmons graduates of all ages and in all locations connected and engaged with their college. Pam was a devoted friend to many and made it a point to stay connected through social media. She had immensely enjoyed her short time in Bar Harbor, taking advantage of all the area has to offer. She loved animals and had fondly cared for many rescue pets over the years.
In addition to Fred and Keira, Pam is survived by her brother Scott FitzGerald and his wife, Mary Ellen of Duxbury, and her brother Glenn FitzGerald and his wife, Kim of Plymouth. Pamela was a wonderful aunt to her nieces and nephews, Adam, Brendan, Alana, and Julia FitzGerald, Timothy, Aliyah, Eston, Elisia and Gianna Campbell. She also leaves sisters-in-laws, Sarah Campbell of Brookline and Kathleen Campbell of Hopkinton.
Visiting hours will be held at the C.C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St, South Weymouth, MA (Columbian Square) on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 4-8 PM. A Remembrance Service will be held at Old South Union Church, 25 Columbian St, South Weymouth on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11AM.
