Karen Sweezey

Karen Sweezey, age 53, of Weymouth passed away suddenly on May 28, 2017 at her home. Karen was born, raised, and educated in Weymouth. She lived for the care of her family most especially her grandson Dominic of whom she was so very close. Karen will be remembered for her love of Foxwoods, the beach, traveling, and her contagious laughter. She truly was one of a kind.

Karen is survived by her beloved children Rebecca Lee Sweezey and her significant other Erin MacDonald of Randolph, Michael DiGregorio and his significant other Loleina Kapson of Holbrook, and Kevin DiGregorio, her cherished grandson Dominic DiGregorio, and her longtime significant other Gary DiGregorio of Holbrook. She is also survived by her Uncle Ronald Sweezey and her good friend Maggie Starr.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Karen on Monday June 5, 2017 from 4-7pm at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. A Funeral Service in honor of Karen’s life will take place immediately following the visiting hours at 7pm.
