Robert L. Quindley

RESCHEDULED TIME Robert L. Quindley, age 82. Passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017.
Bob is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marilyn (Thomas) Quindley.
He was born and grew up in East Boston and lived in Weymouth in 1962 before moving to Linden Ponds in Hingham in 2004. Bob was a past Town Meeting Member, Board of Appeals member and a member of the Street Lighting Committee all in Weymouth. He served his Country in the Coast Guard During the Korean War.
Bob was an electrician’s teacher at the Southeastern Regional Vocational High School in South Eastern for 26 years before retiring in in 1993.
The visiting hour for Bob will be at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Wednesday, March 15 from 10 to 11 AM immediately followed by the Funeral Service at 11 AM. at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery at 1:15 PM.
