Ruth Dalton

Ruth Dalton, age 62, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Smith House in Pembroke. She was born in Weymouth and lived in Norwell before moving to the New England Village in Pembroke. Ruth was the ray of sunshine and loved living at the Smith House. Her greatest joys were going to Disney World with her brothers and anywhere in the world in a Winnebago.
She is survived by her loving brothers and sister in law, John Dalton and Raymond L. Dalton and his wife Lori all of Rockland. Ruth also leaves her 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Tuesday, October 18 from 4-7 PM immediately followed by a celebration of Ruth’s life at 7 PM.
For those wishing to attend the Graveside Service for Ruth please meet at the Funeral Home on Thursday October 20 at 12:30 PM to follow to the Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree for the Service which will be at 1PM.
John and Ray are very appreciative for the exceptional service given to their sister at the New England Village and would suggest that donations be made in lieu of flowers to the New England Village, 664 School St., Pembroke, MA 02359.
