Robert “Bob” E. Whouley, Sr. of South Weymouth, passed away after a long illness on October 6, 2016, at home, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 75.
He was born and raised in the Charlestown. He was the most incredible husband, father, grandpa, brother and uncle that you were proud to call yours and would have soon become a great-grandpa.
He is survived by the love of his life, his loving wife of 56 years Deborah D. (Davis). He was the devoted and loving father of Michelle Putnam and her husband Scott of Hingham; Robert E. Whouley, Jr. of So. Weymouth; and Allyson Iacobucci of Plymouth. He also was a very attentive and supportive Grandpa to Matthew, his fiancé Susan & their son Tristian MacQueen of Scituate, Ryan MacQueen of Denver, CO, Michael Whouley of Plymouth, Jacquelyn McMahon of Halifax, Shawn and Evan Whouley of E. Weymouth, Mya, Jason and Olivia Iacobucci of Plymouth. Also survived by his sister Anne Whouley of The Villages, FL; and his nephew Lawrence Durham of Charlestown.
He is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Grace Whouley, sister Frances (Mickey) Whouley, brother Joseph Whouley, all from Charlestown, and son-in-law Christian Iacobucci of Plymouth.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, October 10, 2016, from 4:00p. to 7:00p. at C.C Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant Street (Columbian Square), South Weymouth.
