Donald Davis

Donald Davis, age 57, of Weymouth passed away suddenly at home on September 12, 2016. Don was born, raised, and educated in the Buffalo, NY area. He moved to Bridgewater in 1984 where he met his wife, Lisa. They soon got married and moved to Wilmington, DE where they resided and raised their family for 20 years, before moving to Weymouth in 2007. Don was an accountant for many years and most recently was a conductor on the commuter rail since 2007. He loved movies, music, reading, and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. He enjoyed getting involved in Boy Scouts and helping coach sports throughout his children’s lives.
Don is survived by his loving children Renee Davis of Weymouth, Bryan Davis of Weymouth, and their mother Lisa Davis (Daley) of Weymouth. Cherished son of Eleanor Davis-Lorenzo and her husband Arthur of Williamsville, NY, and the late Valentine Davis. Don is also survived by his uncle Robert Maza of NY.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the memorial visiting hours for Don on Monday September 19, 2016 from 4-7pm at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth, MA. A service will be held to Celebrate Don’s Life immediately following the visitation at 7pm.
