Anthony Masella

Anthony P. Masella, age 57, passed away at his home in Weymouth on Wednesday, March 30, 2016.
Tony is survived by his mother and step-father Lynn & Allan Hornstra of Weymouth, his siblings Lynne & Vinnie Walsh of Duxbury, Maureen & John Ricketson of Weymouth and Michael & Tiziana Hogan of Manomet. He was much loved by a large extended family and many friends.
Anthony was born in Stoneham and lived in Fairbanks, Alaska for 34 years before moving back to Weymouth 2 years ago. He was a graduate of Weymouth South High School and Johnson & Whales Culinary School. Among his passions were cooking, entertaining and spending time with family and friends. He had a true love of life and will be remembered for his big hearty laugh.
Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to visiting hours for Tony on Thursday, April 7 from 6-8 PM at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Tony’s memory to the South Shore Bridge, P.O. Box 394, Brant Rock, MA 02020.
