Geraldine “Geri” L. Blinn (Magri), age 81, of Weymouth passed away with her family by her side on March 15, 2016. Geri was born in Dorchester then raised and educated in N. Quincy. She met her first husband, James Capulli, shortly after graduating Quincy schools and they got married, settled in Weymouth and started a family. After Jimmy passed away Geri met her husband of 40 years, Edward Blinn. Geri was a social person who loved luncheons with friends, especially her best friend of 68 year Barbara Cheney of Braintree. Geri also enjoyed bowling, shopping, and was very active at the Whipple Senior Center as well as the Braintree Women’s Club. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family whom she loved very much.
Geri is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years Edward C. Blinn of Weymouth. Loving mother of Lauren Luttrell and her husband Paul of Weymouth, Keith Capulli and his wife Louise of Hampstead, NH, cherished grandmother to Brooke Luttrell, James Capulli, Andrew Capulli, and Domenic Capulli. Geri is also survived by her sister Carolyn Fabiano, her husband Rocco and their entire family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visiting hours for Geri on Sunday March 20, 2016 from 2-6PM at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant Street (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth. Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Monday for a Celebration of Life prior to the Funeral Mass which will be held in St. Albert the Great’s church in Weymouth at 9:30AM.
