Enid O. Hayes

Enid O. Hayes, age 87, passed away at Wingate at Silver Lake in Kingston on February 1, 2016.
Enid was the daughter of the late John and Edith Hayes, the best friend of Elizabeth Snyder of Halifax and second grandmother of Elizabeth’s children, Lindsay, Cody, Stacy and Craig. She was born in Ontario, Canada, lived in Quincy for 1 year and Weymouth for 60 years before moving to Halifax in 1997.
Enid was an active member of the Holy Nativity Church in S. Weymouth for 60 years, belonging to the Choir and helping out in the thrift shop and the Christmas Fair. She traveled half way around the world including Africa, Asia, France, Germany, the Danube, the Nile, British Isles and Manx.
Friends are respectfully invited to a memorial service at the Holy Nativity Church, 8 Nevin Rd. in S. Weymouth on Monday, March 28 at 10 AM.
