Agnes M. Partsch (Bell), age 90, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 21, 2016. Agnes was born in Boston then raised and educated in Roxbury. She summered in Scituate with her family for years where she met her loving husband of 54 years, Frank. They soon got married, settled in Scituate where they began a family and then moved to N. Weymouth where they have resided for over 60 years. Agnes loved volunteering at the Weymouth Food Pantry, travelling to Disney with her family, taking Cruises all over the world and was active at St. Jerome’s parish in N. Weymouth. Although she enjoyed these things, Agnes’ true priority was her family and she enjoyed every moment she had with them, most especially her grandchildren whom she is so proud of.
Agnes was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank W. Partsch Jr. She is the Loving mother of Frank W. Partsch III and his wife Katherine of Northfield, VT, Retired Weymouth Detective Joseph A. Partsch and Agnes’ beloved daughter-in-law Christine of Weymouth, Katherine Moakley and her husband Thomas of Weymouth, and the Late Anne Mates and her husband Richard. Sister of the late Anne Drohan, Evelyn Ducie, Lorraine Bell, Joseph Bell, and Robert Bell. Agnes is also the cherished grandmother to six grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Agnes on Thursday February 25, 2016 from 8:30-9:30AM at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home at 9:45AM prior to the Funeral Mass in honor of Agnes at St. Jerome’s Church in N. Weymouth at 10:30. Burial will immediately follow at the Old North Cemetery in Weymouth. If you would like to leave a message for the family please click on the candle
