Robert Gray

Robert Michael Gray, of W. Bridgewater passed away suddenly at his home on January 1, 2016. Bob was born, raised, and educated in Weymouth where he graduated from Weymouth South High. He attended Benjamin Franklin Institute where he received his Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and went on to work at MIT for almost 30 years as an HVAC technician. Bob enjoyed his work, watching Boston sports, and playing a few rounds of golf.

Bob is survived by his Step-Mother Barbara Hemmings Gray of Weymouth and many loving cousins. Bob is predeceased by his loving son Michael R. Gray, his sister Cindy Cannon, and brother David G. Gray.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hour for Bob on Monday, January 25, 2016 from 10-11AM at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth, MA. A service will be held in honor of Bob immediately following the visitation at 11AM. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the David Gray Scholarship Fund at Old South Union Church located at 25 Columbian St. S. Weymouth, MA 02190.
