Harry F. "Sonny" Sprague

Harry “Sonny” Sprague, age 65, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, June 17, 2015.
Sonny was survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Patricia (Hollis) Sprague, his children, Ryan Sprague of Weymouth and Harry F. Sprague III and his wife Amy and Samantha DuPuis both of Kingston, his parents Harry F. Sprague Sr. and his wife Margaret of VT and his mother Betty Anne Kingsbury of Athol and his brother, Paul Sprague and his partner Ellen Delorey of Brockton. Harry also leaves his grandchildren, Vanessa, Harry and Jaden Sprague and Meaghan DuPuis and aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Harry was a lifelong resident of Weymouth and worked for Boston Gas for 32 years before taking over the ownership of Sprague Window Manufacturing Company in East Bridgewater.
He was a member of Boston Gas Employee’s Association, loved to play golf and drive his antique cars.
Visiting Hours will be at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Saturday, June 20 from 2-5 PM immediately followed by a Memorial Service at 5 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Sonny’s memory to the Standish Humane Society is 622 Congress St. Duxbury, MA 02331.
