Edward C. Nagle, age 86, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, April 9, 2015.
Ed is survived by his Wife, Marjorie (Duggan) Nagle, his children Deborah Keough and her husband William of Rockland, Kathleen Sardini and her husband Anthony of Marshfield, Jacqueline DeSisto and her husband Frank of Dorchester, Arthur Sullivan and his wife Alison of Raynham, Marjorie Grimes and her husband Douglas of Scituate and Mary O’Malley and her husband Christopher of Raynham. He also leaves 21 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends. Edward is predeceased by his son, Michael Stankiewicz and his daughter, Cindy Fuller.
Ed was born in Cambridge and raised in Arlington before living in Scituate for several years. He was a traffic manager for Block Engineering in Cambridge before becoming the owner of E.C.N. Courier Company. He served his country in the Navy during World War II.
A Funeral Service will be held at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Wednesday, April 15 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours will be on Tuesday from 4 to 8 PM. Burial will be in the Cudworth Cemetery in Scituate.
