David P. Emswiler

David P. Emswiler, age 46, passed away in Pawtucket, RI where he lived for over 10 years on Tuesday August 6, 2013. He is the beloved son of Ann Kavell DeFreitas of Quincy, the late Milton “Pete” Emswiler and his late step-father, Paul DeFreitas. Dave is also survived by his 2 sisters, Cheryl Knighton of Maine and Susan Emswiler of Alaska, his brother Justin Carberry of Stoughton, many nephews, 1 niece and many great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his Brother Peter Emswiler.
David was born and grew up in Weymouth before moving to Pawtucket, RI. He served his country in the U.S. Army. David loved his family and was a friend to anyone he met.
Memorial Visiting Hours will be at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Saturday August 10 from 2 to 4 PM.
