Lillian F. Donahoe

Lillian F. (Hill) Donahoe, age 85, the devoted wife of the late Robert E. Donahoe Sr., entered into eternal life at her home in Weymouth on Friday, February 15, 2013.
Lillian was born and raised in Brighton, the beloved daughter of the late Franklin P. and Lillian F. Hill. As a child she spent summers at the family cottage with her dear sister, Elinor Fitzpatrick of Scituate and her many cousins. Prior to raising her family she was employed by the Superior Court in Boston. She was a communicant of St. Albert the Great Church where she taught CCD. Lila was an ardent supporter of the sports and activities that her children and grandchildren were involved in and enjoyed trips with them to Hawaii, Disney World, Sanibel Island and an occasional trip to Foxwoods.
Lila is survived by her loving children, Paul and Gail Donahoe, Robert and Diane Donahoe, John and Rita Donahoe and Claire and Richard MacDonald and cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sarah and Aaron Eastman and daughters, Meghan and Eve, John Donahoe, Brianne and Colin McGree, Sean Donahoe and Amanda and Andrew MacDonald and several nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be from the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Wednesday February 20 at 10 A.M. followed by the Funeral Mass at the St. Albert the Great Church, 1140 Washington St. Weymouth at 11 A.M. Burial will be private.
