Martha Emanuel

Martha Haddow Emanuel, age 96, passed away at South Shore Hospital on August 4 2012 after a long illness. Martha was the beloved wife of George Emanuel and is survived by her children, Lorraine Henderson of Hoschton, GA and Richard and Susan Emanuel of Abington, MA. She also leaves five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted, wife mother and grandmother. Martha was born in Paisley Scotland, grew up in Quincy and later lived in Weymouth for many years. She attended Quincy Schools and Fisher School. Martha retired from Stetson Shoe in Weymouth where she was a bookkeeper.
Visiting Hours will be at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq) S. Weymouth on Sunday August 19 from 4 to 7 P.M. The Funeral Service will be at the Funeral Home at 11 am on Monday August 20.
